Victoria's leading non-government environment group - mobilising
5 million people to take
Green Action

Tell me more

All I want for Christmas is a little less conversation and little more action

Mr Rudd and Mr Brumby!

Outside the Bella Centre at the opening of the Copenhagen Climate Summit there was a sign that simply said 'Blah, Blah, Blah'. I can't think of anything that more aptly frames the conference and its disappointing outcomes.

I don't know about you but I had this crazy notion that in a climate crises, our world leaders would......... well lead!

Green up this festive season

and feel warm and fuzzy

We kicked off this festive season with a call to step out for the Walk Against Warming. And you brilliant people responded in droves - making it one of the biggest protests ever anywhere. So here’s a big thanks to you Victoria! Three cheers: hip-pip horray, hip-pip horray, hip-pip horray!

Oh why not, let’s throw in a big squeeze hug too, you deserve it.

After a few years at the helm of the Sustainable Living Program I’m moving on...

Let's reflect on our team's acheivements

While our programs aren’t out there always grabbing the headlines, we’ve achieved some amazing things, seeing some real change in the way communities interpret and impact our environment.

Thanks Victoria!

Well that was amazing!

Thanks so much for helping make the Melbourne Walk against Warming one of the biggest protests ever anywhere!

Police estimate was 40,000 people, but we reckon it was closer to 50,000. Either way that’s a pretty big number.

Take note politicians- the community is ready for action on climate change!

Now that the CPRS shemozzle has passed it's time to Walk Against Warming

Saturday, 12 December @ 12pm

Parliament House, Canberra, can be a strange place at the best of times. I’ve probably spent about 2 months of my life in the building, meeting with politicians, advisors and bureaucrats, trying to achieve some progress on climate change- the issue that needs a little less conversation and a lot more action.
