40,000 step out for the Walk Against Warming!
On Saturday, 12 December 2009, more than 40,000 people from across Victoria sent a clear message to world leaders in Copenhagen. We told them just how much Australians want real and immediate action on climate change... Did we ever! So here’s a big thanks to you Victoria!
But organising such a huge event was expensive and we can’t do it alone. We still need your help.
A donation to the Walk Against Warming and our Safe Climate campaign take us one step closer to a safe climate future. It will help us cover the costs of the day and support our Safe Climate campaign well into the future.
It will help us mobilise even more people to stand with us and help us solve the climate crisis. And it will enable us to continue to work to make government and industry change their ways, once and for all. And that’s never been more important.
