Are you a Green Landlord?
We're about to launch a campaign to raise awareness among landlords of the incoming national scheme that makes reporting of your properties energy and water efficiency mandatory.
We'll also be promoting the benefits that flow from improving their efficiency rating. They include attracting and retaining good tenants, increasing the value of their property and taking advantage of tax deductions and government rebates - as well as feeling good about doing their bit of course!
To help us get this message across we're looking for green landlords to interview about what they have done to improve their properties and any benefits they've noticed from that. You don't need to be super green - it could be as simple as installing a low flow showerhead and sealing gaps. We would publish this interview to our website (see here for other stories) and if you would be willing to be photographed and share your story in the media that'll be fab!
