Help us Replace Hazelwood by getting active!
Welcome aboard! We need your help spreading the word, talking to your community, and building support for Hazelwood to be closed and replaced with cleaner energy sources by 2012.
Here’s how you can help right now:
- Send a letter to the Labor and Coalition Party Leaders, calling on them to commit to Replace Hazelwood with Clean Energy by 2012. Sign away
- Write a letter to your local MP or editor, post on blogs and generally help spread that word online that closing Hazelwood is the key first action to tackling climate change that any government serious about the issue would take.
- Sign up to our climate ebulletin to stay up to date with the latest news on the Hazelwood campaign, and other climate related campaigns, information and events. Email us with subscribe in the subject line to stay in the loop.
- Tell your friends about our campaign to Replace Hazelwood. Make sure you tell them in the message box that you’ve signed up for the campaign to Replace Hazelwood, and don’t forget to include this link: www.replacehazelwood.org.au. Do it now
- Spread the word and help build a green army by joining our Replace Hazelwood Facebook page. Here you can meet likeminded Victorians and discover other important actions you can take to Replace Hazelwood – How good.
- You can also tweet about it using the #replacehazelwood hashtag and follow the @replacehzlwood page. Get involved!
- Make your contribution of $55 or more and help us convince our leaders to replace Hazelwood with smarter energy alternatives. Do it

- Put our Replace Hazelwood poster in you front window at home, at your place of work or in your community.
