Building comparative advantage in the low carbon world: Victoria’s clean energy jobs opportunities

The current economic downturn is an opportunity to build low emission industries and
jobs that can be an integral part of an effective economic stimulus package. If done
effectively, economic stimulus packages and climate change policies can produce
double or even triple dividends – low greenhouse emissions, expanding and
sustainable job and economic growth, and lower energy costs and greater energy
security.
