It is evident that the unique congruence of the global economic recession and growing urgency of shifting to a low carbon economy will result in substantial growth in green jobs and industries. What is less clear is the extent to which this growth will result in decent work and employment of low skilled and disadvantaged job seekers both in Victoria and across Australia.
