Government criticised for easing water restrictions

Premier Brumby has been criticised by Environment Victoria for easing Melbourne's water restrictions and promising they will never be raised again. Environment Victoria CEO Kelly O'Shanassy says that the Premier's calls for Victoria to return to being the Garden State are misguided, as gardens themselves should be changing to save water.
